Chef Amir Salem (Persian: امیر سالم) was born in 1986 in Gilan, Rasht, Iran. At the age of 15, she began cooking with great interest in cooking. He entered the restaurant business in 2001. He found his favorite job and gained his expertise in the field of cooking
Professional Italian cuisine  Steak Pasta Salad and Garnish, Iranian Seafood, Lebanese
Chef Amir Salem was chef for four years at Shrimp Chain Restaurants, Coal Burger 17 and fast-food brands Apache, Chile, Superstar.
His important activities include launching restaurants and fast food for over 76 successful projects across Iran. Chef Amir Salem is a cooking instructor at several food industry schools.
